DONATION DETAILS & ACCESS
Thank you so much for being an ArtsConnect donor. Your support of ArtsConnect is critical to our ability to reach our mission as an organization.
Because your support is important - we want to make sure that you have the tools you need to edit your donation - allowing you to decide when and how much you want to donate as easily as possible. From the First Friday Artwalk to the Topeka Mural Project - and much more - your donation makes Topeka stronger through the arts. Find out more about our priorities and programs. If you have donated $250 or more during the 2022, you will receive an acknowledgement letter via email for tax purposes by the end of December. If you have not received this letter by the beginning of January, please let us know so that we can re-send it.
HOW TO MANAGE YOUR ARTSCONNECT DONATION
In late October of 2022, we changed how we process online donations. We encourage all *existing* recurring donors to follow the steps below so that your recurring payment will be updated correctly in our system. You will then have full access to the donor portal so that you can make changes easily in the future. (Note: For PayPal users, please click here for detailed instructions. PayPal transactions cannot be edited and must be canceled and recreated.)
Please review the following instructions to manage your donation at any time. Don’t hesitate to reach out to Sarah at sarah@artstopeka.org if you have any questions or need assistance.
Make a donation in any amount - one time or recurring - using our online donor interface, called DonorBox.
Once you have made an initial donation, you will receive an email that contains a link to your donor account in DonorBox. (You can click here to log in to your DonorBox Donor Account.) If you do not receive the initial email from DonorBox, you can simply enter your email address and then use the “forgot password” link to create a password for your account.*
Once you have logged in, you can change the amount or payment method for your recurring donation - or make another donation any time you like. (Again, if you’ve paid using PayPal, then here are some special instructions for you!) Your DonorBox Donor Account will also enable you see your total donation amount and much more.
*In order to access this donor portal, you must have created a new recurring transaction or made a one-time donation after 10/31/2022.
