Every business or individual who donates $1,000 or more during a calendar year to support ArtsConnect programs and/or operations will be included in our list of Community Partners, which appears on the front page of our website all year long.
Partnership Perks & Opportunities
Supporting ArtsConnect at any of the the levels listed below will include placement of your logo on all promotional materials (website & email newsletter) and social media (Instagram & Facebook), resulting in a combined average of 25,000 views per month. Program-specific “perks” are included below!
$1,000 – Support a Month of the ArtsConnect First Friday Artwalk
Support one of Topeka’s most beloved monthly traditions. Your donation puts you front and center during a month of curated gallery visits, artist showcases, and community buzz. Community Partners receive logo placement on all promotional materials, shoutouts across ArtsConnect’s social media and website, and the knowledge they’re helping artists share their work with hundreds of people each month.
Supporting a month of the ArtsConnect First Friday Artwalk gives you or your business exposure to hundreds of Artwalk attendees through:
Association with a high-visibility event that celebrates Topeka’s creative community
Aligns your business name with meaningful support for other local businesses and artists.
Includes your logo on the First Friday community calendar, reaching nearly 5,000 unique visitors each month.
Your logo and business information will be included in the dedicated First Friday email blasts – sent to more than 4,000 people on the Wednesday prior to and Friday of the First Friday Artwalk.
During your designated month, you are welcome to promote your business with handouts or other giveaways at the gallery, allowing you to reach approximately 500 individuals in person with face-to-face interaction.
$1,000 – Support Artist INC Topeka
Artist INC Topeka is a professional development program for artists that teaches business skills, marketing, and sustainability. Your sponsorship supports business training for local artists – empowering them to price their work, grow their audience, and earn a living doing what they love. Supporting Artist INC Topeka isn’t just philanthropy – it’s smart economic development.
Through this program, artists build their network and skills, resulting in collaboration and partnership across sectors and disciplines. This program helps local artists learn how to price their work, grow their audience, and earn a living doing what they love.
Your support offsets costs that otherwise would have to be paid as participation fees by artists. Investing in Artist INC is a direct investment in Topeka’s creative economy and in critical workforce development.
This program features two pre-program workshops, called “What Works Workshops” (one in person and one virtual), and 8 weeks of program sessions. The final night of Artist INC is a night when all of the artists bring their friends and family to watch them present a “WorkShare”– a 5-minute presentation about their artistic practice. It’s an incredible night of celebration and connection.
Supporting Artist INC Topeka gives you or your business unique exposure to creative individuals through:
Logo placement on all application, session, and event materials.
An opportunity to present information to participants during one session of Artist INC Topeka.
Directly reach artists and creatives all across Topeka during promotion of the application period, the 8-week program, and on “WorkShare Night” which is the final event of the program.
$1,000 – Support an Art Exhibit @ ArtsConnect
Art exhibitions in the ArtsConnect Gallery spotlight local and regional artists in a focused, meaningful way. Supporters receive recognition on all event and promotional materials, invitations to private receptions, and opportunities to network directly with artists and patrons. Your support brings fresh voices to the forefront of Topeka’s cultural landscape.
This is a very special opportunity to encourage your employees, associates and friends to come together and enjoy the arts in Topeka. This partnership opportunity includes:
Exhibition-specific recognition in the gallery and in all other promotions.
Complimentary use of the ArtsConnect Gallery for up to 4 hours at a time of your choosing.
An opportunity to connect with creatives and community members in a meaningful setting.
$2,500 or more – Support ArtsConnect (includes private wine and cheese reception)
At this level, you’ll be powering the full mission of ArtsConnect: building community through the arts, creating opportunities for artists, and enriching Topeka’s cultural vitality. Beginning at the $2,500 level of support, we’ll plan and host a private wine and cheese gathering at the ArtsConnect Gallery for you and your guests—a great opportunity to celebrate creativity, meet local artists, and feel the impact of your investment.
